"Emilie very quickly and professionally got me auto insurance in Pennsylvania while I was at a dealership late in the day. That enabled me not only to test drive, but also to purchase the car and drive it home that same evening. She later compared prices and options between State Farm and my previous insurance agency and made several suggestions and solid recommendations to get me precisely the coverage that made sense for my particular needs. As a result, I also transfered my home insurance from an agency where I had bundled coverage for the past 11 years, even though the prices quoted by both agencies were virtually the same."

"PLEASE READ!! If I could give zero stars I would. State Farm is the WORST company. If you’re shopping around I would highly consider any other company. I have suffered a house fire back on March 1st, it is now heading towards the end of August and they have yet to settle my claim. Haven’t even given me what I’m owed for my personal property lost. They are impossibly hard to get a hold of. It’s so bad that I’m in danger of loosing my temporary housing because I haven’t been able to get a hold of my claims agent to extend my lease. You’re better off throwing your money out a window and having no insurance than getting State Farm."
